Accepting entries for the 2008 yearling sale
May 1

Anticipated date entries will close.
May 15
Yearling Stake Payments due. As soon as payments are made, please send stakes
engagements because we will be on a very tight schedule.
May 26

First day you can draw Coggins Test for PA Preferred Yearling Sale
June 15

All yearlings must be DNA tested. Signed entry blanks, Stakes Engagements, signed Registration Certificates, and DNA letters from USTA or Standardbred Canada are due.
Mid June

Consignors receive a copy of yearling pedigrees with Stakes Engagements for
their review and update.
June 23
Yearling pedigree updates and/or corrections are due.
Yearlings with videos MUST be identified for inclusion in the catalog.
July 17

PA Preferred Yearling Catalog available.
July 17

You will receive a halter tag showing your location at the PA Farm Show Complex.  Please use this when shipping in.
August 17

Signed Registration Certificate, DNA letter from USTA or Standardbred Canada, and Coggins test dated after May 26 MUST be on file. A penalty charge of $25 per document per day may be assessed for documents not on file by this date.

Please note that the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture has made it abundantly clear that no horse(s) will be allowed to enter the PA Farm Show Complex without a current Health Certificate and valid Coggins test on file. This requirement will be STRICTLY enforced.
